JD Villafuerte

JD was born in Nebraska and raised in Illinois. He is now pleased to call Omaha his home and looks forward to becoming more engaged with the community. JD earned his undergraduate degree in sociology and forensic psychology. He had the privilege of working in the theatre department at his university. Even though JD didn't specialize in the creative arts, he has always had a passion for and enjoyed the creative field.

During high school and college, he took numerous art classes, primarily focusing on painting, and he enjoys working with various mediums. JD believes that art, in all its forms, is vital to a community and that we are all artists in some way.

JD is excited to help others explore and expand their creativity.
