Anna Spiehs

Anna Spiehs is a current Studio Arts Major at the University of Nebraska Omaha. She is a 2023 graduate of the Omaha Public Schools from Omaha Central High. Anna's life long passion for art led her to pursue a career in a creative field. While not completing art projects for school, Anna enjoys visual art including drawing, watercolor and digital art.

Detailed Biography:

Anna has also explored dance through ballet and ballroom in dancing classrooms with WhyArts. While taking art classes at UNO, Anna connects her own art education with her teaching at WhyArts.

Teaching Philosophy:

Anna believes art education is for everyone and can provide young artists with creative expression, confidence, and critical thinking skills. Anna offers art education that is open ended and respectful of diverse skillsets and perspectives.
