
Christine Reilly
Teaching Artist
Christine Reilly received a BFA from the University of Nebraska Omaha. After college, she worked as a paraprofessional with an OPS and then as an art specifier for Carpenter Paper Company.
From there she moved on to a job as Museum Educator at the Omaha Children’s Museum.
Christine and her husband relocated to Atlanta,Georgia. where she became a marketing executive for ADP and Marsh McLennan.
But Christine always kept up with her art and joined several art organizations while in Georgia, exhibited her work in several galleries and participated in a variety of art shows.
After several years, she and her family relocated back to Omaha, where she became a teaching artist with WhyArts.
Christine’s work is representation with the focus on the play of light, color and motion within landscapes and the human face.
