Mary Seger

Mary is a retired Art teacher from Omaha Public Schools with a calling to continue in new ways as an Artist/ Educator. Mary believes that there is nothing better than sharing and creating with others. Her wish is to inspire others to think and explore, practice skills, and provide the opportunity and encouragement to create. The process and skills used in creating Art are a Joyous labor, it just feels good playing and creating with art materials, a type of therapy. Art helps builds ‘life skills’ we all need to communicate and express. Practicing Art helps in communication and solving problems. Most people will not become “Artists” but the habits of a creative mind will serve them well in life.
